• Yes. You can cancel your item until we start processing your order. Your order will be in Order confirmed status while it is eligible for cancellation.

• Once an order is cancelled, we cannot undo this. You will need to replace the order yourself.

How do I return my product?

• We are accepting return only in case of Damage product received, considering current pandemic situations and hygiene concerns.

• We will re-start 15 days return policy post pandemic.

• There are certain areas where we cannot provide a pick-up service. However, you can self-ship your product through any courier service, preferably Speed Post.

How Do I get Refund?

• Once the order is picked the refund will be processed to your selected mode within 10- 12 working days from the date your order is picked.
